How it works
Four steps, one screen at a time
Upload a long PDF — scanned, e-signed or merged — and download finished documents.
Upload
Drop in the long PDF — a scanned stack, an e-signed packet or merged files. PDF or images (TIFF, JPEG, PNG).
Separate
SortLeaf finds where each document starts and ends, using your own rules: the titles you look for, page numbering ("page 1 of 4"), even the layout of forms you've taught it. Each document is named with your format. Rename, adjust a page range, or teach a new rule and check that document again in seconds.
Enhance
Straighten tilted pages, clean the background, crop the borders, put pages back in order, or switch to black and white for smaller files. A side-by-side preview shows the result first.
Done
Download each document, or everything as one ZIP, already in the folders your format sets. Then finish, and the files are deleted.
Separated documents
Every document inside, found and named your way
Your rules decide where each one starts and ends — its title, its page numbering, the layout of your forms. Each comes out named with your format and filed in your folders.
Your rules
The titles you look for, page numbering ("page 1 of 4") and the layout of forms you've taught it.
Your names
Each document is named with your format — client, property, date — and placed in your folders.
Your call
Rename, drag a page range, merge or add a document. Nothing is final until you confirm.
Quality check
What needs a look is pointed out before anything goes out
You see every warning on the list, in plain words, and confirm the review once. Scans are cleaned up too: straightened, brightened, cropped.
Plain-word warnings
Every document that needs a look is on the list, with the reason.
No lost pages
Pages in no document, or in two, are pointed out. Unreadable pages are marked, never dropped.
Cleaner scans
Straighten, clean, crop and reorder, with a side-by-side preview first.
Signature check
Empty signature and initial boxes, caught early
On the forms you set up, SortLeaf looks at each signature and initial box. When it can't tell, it says "unsure" instead of guessing. It checks that a box is filled in — not who signed it.
On your forms
Show SortLeaf where the signature and initial boxes are on a form, once.
Filled, empty or unsure
Each box is marked. When it can't tell, it says so instead of guessing.
Not an identity check
It checks that a box is filled in. It does not confirm who signed.
See it on one of your own files
Book a 30-minute demo. Bring a long PDF (with names blacked out if you prefer) and watch it come back as named, checked documents.
